August 7, 2024 at 1:30pm, I called and spoke with a rep named Melissa in the call center who was the most rude and nasty reps I ever spoke with. She put me on hold 4 times purposely for 25 minutes each! I have been with LTCU since 2009 and this is apalling! I asked for a supervisor and it doesn't take that long to get one. I have had my account for over 12 years without any problems. I've watched as the fees have increased and kept with them because of the customer service, even though I live in Minnesota now. I just noticed that my savings was going down for some reason. LakeTrust, like all the other money-grubbers, had decided to add a paper fee to my account without letting me know.
