August 7, 2024 at 1:30pm, I called and spoke with a rep named Melissa in the call center who was the most rude and nasty reps I ever spoke with. She put me on hold 4 times purposely for 25 minutes each! I have been with LTCU since 2009 and this is apalling! I asked for a supervisor and it doesn't take that long to get one.
