This is the worst lake trust I have ever tried to do business with. I was there a week and a half ago for a new card because mine had stopped working. A woman gave me a new card, which doesn't work, it says account not found. I went back to this store for help and was told "this card shows active and working in my system sweetheart". It was the same woman who gave me the card a week ago. She then tells me their card machine is down and go to Stadium So I went to the atm and it again said account not found. Always helpful and friendly my card has had 3 fraudulent activities over the years and they caught them rite away and corrected it . Thank you so much for looking out for your members . They always greet you with a smile and are helpful with all questions or issues. Highly recommend this bank for all your financial needs .
