The tellers are friendly, and they are adequate in their service.
The ATM stole $330 from me, I have it on video that I deposited it and it did not deposit to my account because of a “transaction issue” and did not give my money back. I called to dispute it because there is a security camera directly above the ATM, they told me it’d be resolved in 10 business days, and then they did nothing. I am going to have to audit them and change banks because I can’t even get ahold of someone to figure out what the result of my dispute was, the phone wait times are hours long and they just keep trans... read more

Horrible place to do ANY type of loan with these people. First, they tacked on extra insurance no my truck loan KNOWING I have insurance already and charged me an extra $200 on top of my $500 payment and refused to give me my money back and they put it on my principal and that is NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD. Will be reporting to the BBB and stripping my loan from them. Thank you but, no thank you!
Worst bank ever. My card is always locked after each transaction because they suspect fraud. Will be closing my account and switching to Isabella community credit union
