We moved my Dad here 3 weeks ago and so far everything has been good. Carol was very accommodating and helpful to make the move go smoothly. My Dad seems to have settled in well at this point and seems to like the staff and food choices. Looking forward to the summer months. The services currently being received are good value for the dollar!

Those workers don’t get paid nearly enough. That’s brutal. The owners should be ashamed.
We had a tour at Lake Simcoe Retirement and the Sales Manager Carol is a true professional with a kind and empathetic approach. She took the time to understand our specific needs and went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable and welcome which helped a lot in the confusion of preparing to make a difficult decision. It appears to be a very warm, friendlly and homey environment.
Carley and her team make the move in process so easy. An amazing team, great studio and delicious food!!
