Malcom was super helpful today - very friendly and knowledgable! However, I took off a star because the computer system he was using was obviously antiquated and I am dissatisfied with the lack of customer ability to manage accounts online.
Malcolm Booker, Personal Banker, was exceptionally patient working to resolve the problem with my online banking. He figured out the issues and walked me through the process.
Thay don't know what thay are talking about and the girl told me the manager will call you when the person that's in the office leaves no phone call.
