Very helpful staff
Lisa helped me with my garage project. I hardly had to do anything and the garage turned out fantastic. It's tough to find customer service like that anywhere. Thank you Lisa and Scugog Lumber.
Get someone more personable on your phones! Prices for lumber was a lot more than Home Depot
When did they stop cutting to size?!?
I did not have a positive experience. Every time I have attended this store the employees are talking amongst themselves , socializing and never give me the time of day. They never go out of their way to assist in any way. I never felt valued as a customer. I'm going to stop coming altogether.Im all all about supporting local, but I'm done. It's Home Depot for me. Home Depot price matched , excellent customer service. Bye
