Management is rude on the phone. When you ask questions and main office will not answer nor return your call of complaints about their rudeness, all about money not the care of people. This place have fallen apart since last year.

My Mom had been living at Lake Ridge going on 6 years. We have seen several name changes and different managers over the years and while the building is older it is a nice place. Some of the reviews I have seen are several years old and there have been more recent positive changes. The current GM (Tammy) has made a lot of great changes. The staff are excellent. My Aunt has been a resident for over 2 years. She loves the staff, the activities, the transportation bus, the food and her very roomy and comfortable apartment. The new manager has made a lot of improvements. Much appreciated by my Aunt. Staff always has the care and safety of the residents as their first priority. Thank you to all staff for doing the work that you do for our seniors.
