Awesome customer service!! I needed 3 documents verified with a medallion stamp. With the help of Shor Yang at the Verona Branch ,she arranged a meeting with Carol Maki at the Middleton (Parmenter) Branch. Both Shor and Carol were professional and patient with my mom and I. I wish all businesses I deal with had such amazing and polite employees!!!
I want to bring up Jessica for the service she provided me with my mortgage options. I reached out with a way more complicated question than a typical banking question.
