I came into the bank today to let them know about travel plans for the future. I didn’t want my cards frozen because they thought someone was using my account. I stood at the reception desk for about 5 minutes. There were five personnel bankers in their office. No one approached me. I even walked to the front of an open office door and looked at the person.
