I called two months ago to have my wheelchair repaired. They told me I needed to get a prescription from my doctor in order to have my insurance cover the repair, whitch while I was not happy about I understood that ! That took me two weeks to get, so I finally got that and they came to get it a month ago, so I called to see what was taking so long, only to be given the explanation that they were making sure that insurance was going to cover it !
