I have been using them for over three years and recommend them highly. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. That includes the office manager - Brittany. I had recently received a letter saying it was time for my annual test. So I called to set up an appointment and to report one hearing aid not working. Brittany suggested I bring in it for her to send off to be repaired and she would contact me when it came back. Then I could set up my regular test plus having the repaired aid programed. Friendly, efficient and took care of my dead hearing aide, which had gotten a little water to it from a rain shower. They replaced the receiver under warranty and it was ready within an hour and a half of my dropping it off. I can hear again and am thrilled since I will be traveling and need to hear! Thanks.
