Debby the Audiologist helped me with a minor, but troublesome wax filter insertion, today. She was very prompt, efficient and warm in her manner, which I appreciate. We are lucky to have this Hearing Aide facility in Lake Placid.

She was wonderful with me and my mom. She explained everything clearly and in detail and listened to us. She even stayed a bit late to make sure my mother felt comfortable. We had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend
I have been using them for over three years and recommend them highly. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. That includes the office manager - Brittany. I had recently received a letter saying it was time for my annual test. So I called to set up an appointment and to report one hearing aid not working. Brittany suggested I bring in it for her to send off to be repaired and she would contact me when it came back. Then I could set up my regular test plus having the repaired aid programed.
