Excellent staff, always attentive aimpressednd ready to answer any questions. Could not be happier not only with the aids I purchased but with Debbie's true concern for aftercare. The everyday joy and appreciation i receive being able to finally hear what's going on around me. I'm super impressed with my Phonak aids. Thank you Debbie, you ROCK!
Debby the Audiologist helped me with a minor, but troublesome wax filter insertion, today. She was very prompt, efficient and warm in her manner, which I appreciate. We are lucky to have this Hearing Aide facility in Lake Placid.

She was wonderful with me and my mom. She explained everything clearly and in detail and listened to us. She even stayed a bit late to make sure my mother felt comfortable. We had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend
