For starters, I would rate Debra's outfit as a 12 out of 10. My particular experience had to do with replacing my old hearing aids with new ones. I have problems with putting in my aids, so one of the first things Debra did was to install hearing aid retainers which gave me something to push on while installing the aids. Sounds odd maybe, but a big deal to me. My right ear canal is odd-shaped and Debra showed me the best way to slightly lubricate the right ear aid and also sold me a very good lubricant to use. Debra was very patient with my husband and he is very pleased with his Phonax hearing aids as they are easy to manage with the tv and phone.
We live in ILL., but Winter in Lake Placid , FL. We needed help with our hearing aids. We could not of picked a better place to go. Debra was the best . Both my husband were so thankful. The best Hearing test we ever had and the time she spent with us. I now hear better for the first time in a long while. Bless Debra , wish I could take her home with us. Wish we had more like her.
Excellent staff, always attentive aimpressednd ready to answer any questions. Could not be happier not only with the aids I purchased but with Debbie's true concern for aftercare. The everyday joy and appreciation i receive being able to finally hear what's going on around me. I'm super impressed with my Phonak aids. Thank you Debbie, you ROCK!
