Chuck might be the kindest, most helpful man in all of Florida. I was visiting from Orlando and he went out of his way to help me with my bicycle needs. He stood nothing to gain by helping a stranger, yet he went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. I left him thinking, “I hope my sons grow up to be like him.” Honestly, I hope I can be more like him. The world needs more people like Chuck.

The first time we met Chuck we liked him. We went there to test drive electric bikes. We listened to his recommendations. He is very knowledgeable with all his bikes and accessories. Before we left we ordered two electric bikes. He made it very easy for us. Bikes arrived when he said they would. Would highly recommend Lake Placid Cyclery and Chuck.

We visited the shop today and spoke with Chuck regarding electric bikes. This guy was very knowledgeable and friendly! Researched things for us and made recommendations that were extremely helpful and informative. His trust in us test driving the bikes was heartwarming. His whole overall attitude and outlook made it well worth the 2-hour drive. We will be back! Thank you Chuck!
