Undertrained staff leading to injured loved ones and later to their untimely demise. Incompetency is inexcusable, and now you’ve caused so much pain. This is horrendous.
It seemed like an awesome facility when I went there to entertain some of the clients.
I come each month with a group from our church. We drop in on residents and visit. Everyone I see looks happy, tells me the food is good and they like it here. I'm not quite ready for assisted living, but I call myself a future resident. I am amazed by all the activities!
