I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this place. I was treated horribly when seeking to provide services, and the staff could definitely benefit from an attitude adjustment. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking for a professional and respectful environment.
If you look at the reviews YOU WILL SEE ALOT OF THE SAME 5 STAR REVIEWS COMING FROM PEOPLE WITH THE SAME LAST NAME. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS TRYING TO FAKE REVIEWS IN ORDER TO PAD THERE SCORE. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE FOR RESIDENTS KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY!!!
Do not bring your love ones here. The staff is horrible to residents and puts themselves first. There is bullying, favoritism, and childish behaviors. The management is a joke. The nurses could care less about eh residents and give them the wrong medicine.
