Tom Neel and his staff have worked with many of the area contrators to provide the materials necessary to build some of the areas finest homes. Highway robbery. Thier prices are shocking. They are expecting 30- 40 percent more for the same products you can get else where. Don't shop here unless it's the last lumber yard on earth, even then, weigh your options.
I had a quote from Lakes Lumber. When I paid the bill, there were some serious differences between the quote and the bill. I approached them with my concerns, and they looked into those differences. Now, I could go into the details as to what happened, but the resolution is the point. They honestly explained what had happened. Not really an issue they created, but they were more than willing to make it right. And they did! I love working with local companies I CAN TRUST! Thanks to Lakes Lumber.
