Lake Repair went above and beyond to fix our iphone. Honored a warranty and replaced parts multiple times until the phone worked properly.

Owner is tough to get a hold of, frequently doesn’t answer the phone, is often not at the business during work hours and the work quality is lacking. We agreed on a time to meet get my battery replaced but he said he was out running errands and was about 20min late. Then he replaced my back glass but there was visible glue stuck under the glass which he couldn’t remove so I am just stuck with it. I had a laptop that wasn’t charging and I called … went in the next day they helped me figure out what I needed and the laptop is good to go. 5 stars .. much better than micro center !
