I came to Heather with “ out of control” anxiety that made every day extremely difficult to handle effectively. Through her hypnosis stress management program I was able to slowly move forward and regain balance in my thinking and my life. Now, when I’m faced with a situation that would have previously made me out of control with anxiety, I am able to use self hypnosis and /or the tapes to help me maintain equilibrium and realize what’s happening is “just stuff”.
