Customer service is RUDE. Called to inform them I had had a pipe burst and the lady asked me and what it is that you want? Terrible service in NY opinion.

Surprised to see the complaints. I moved from LA. Like downtown. The experience compared to DWP is completely opposite. Nice humans...no keypads or computers or robots. Always pleasant, never an issue. Hook up was a snap, and 2 years later, automatic payment process still works great. I had a hiccup on my card info, and I got instant help. We have had some street water line issues over here (near Little Lake) and we were shocked how quickly they took care of it. Would have been a week or more in Los Angeles.
I live on fairview and Olive in Hemet Ca 92544. Its been more then a month the i called because the preassure and the amount of water the comes out its horrible. I pay my bills on time you guys need to fix this.
