I had been to a number of ear wax removal businesses and nearly gave up until I had Mez analyze more problem. He was supremely professional and set me at ease to improve the situation. My ears were 95% or more closed due to bone growth. No mean mission for Mez to deal with. Total improvement and suggested plan for the future. Thanks Mez heaps
Well worth the 35min drive. They booked me in the same day I called as I needed a secondary hearing test before I could start my new job. Mez and Cheryn were really friendly.
I contacted the clinic at 5 PM on a Friday afternoon, and they were incredibly helpful, scheduling an appointment for the very next day. The staff were both professional and friendly with our young son. They successfully cleared the earwax from his ears.
My ears were feeling full, so decided to go to Lake Hearing for suctioning. I had been somewhere else a few years ago & the experience was quite uncomfortable. Mez made me feel at ease & explained everything. The procedure was much easier than last time, didn't take long & I left hearing much better. I would definitely recommend Mez for this procedure.
