We had a lovely ride to O'Hare International. Our driver was professional, and everything went smoothly. Our trip back to O'Hare was significantly delayed, and our driver had to wait 6 hours for us. We were so worried that he wouldn't be there, but with each text updating him to our situation, he assured us that he would be there.
