I am shocked to see negative reviews as I have never had any poor experiences and I have used them over 40 times for rides to and from the airport, both for business travel and going on family vacation. The drivers I have had are always friendly and will talk to you or leave you alone depending on what your desire is.

Just seething again thinking how much LF Taxi sucks!
LF Taxi is great, unless you are running a couple of minutes late (literally a couple) and they also have to pick up a state senator. My wife was travelling to San Diego to visit a school with our daughter. It should be an exciting time in our lives and the trip to look at the school a lasting memory (but the most lasting memory is the company that you've used many times before leaving you stranded in the driveway!!!). Our experience with this company and the manner in which we were treated by the driver, as a family traveling with two young children, is still baffling to me. I can’t understand how this company can still be in business with the way they treat their customers. I have never experienced this level of treatment by a business before. It's been several months since our experience and my 6 year old still talks about the 'mean lady' who drove us to the airport. I would give 0 stars if I could.
