Logan is the MAN. He has always taken care of me... and trust me when I say, I tend to be "a lot" for most people. I respect this guy, he works very hard and cares for people with intention. I’ve been with the Lake Bluff branch of LFBank since 1995. As a single parent, it was important that I had a bank I trusted and a personal banker who could “ hold my hand” through multiple changes in my financial situations. This branch is amazing and run by the best branch manager, Sitha Thach, that helps me with any banking issue that my business needs, including international transactions. And her team is amazing. This branch is so good that it spots me with other Wintrust bank branches.

I came in for a debit card PIN change and expected just a simple and normal transaction. What I received from Logan the personal banker there was nothing short of outstanding. He did not just do my debit servicing but also went over my account with me to make sure everything looked fine and double checked to see if I needed anything else. The finest of bankers! Whoever the direct supervisor is, Logan needs a promotion!
