Interesting place. We learn about the concord grappe and the welsh history. I did not know it was from this region. It is always good to learn. We did not do the wine testing. The shop is ok, a lot of chinese made stuf and some localy made.
This is a small place, but it has a lot to work with. The front is a gift shop, where everything is (not surprisingly) grape related. They sell grape juice concentrate, wine, and even salsas. The middle is a tasting room where you can sample different wines. The third room is a small museum that shows the history of grape harvesting and the Welch’s Company. It’s a good quiet little spot to purchase/sample wines and to learn a little about “grape history”.
Very informative place to visit. Very good tasting area and the ladies working there were super helpful, very kind and respectful.
Very friendly staff, nice clean place.
