The judge is the sweetest. She gave everyone one grace in the court room and really tried to help each and every person that came in with a ticket. I’ve never seen this type of empathy from a judge.
Susan was so helpful and patient with me, had a bad experience in the past but I can definetly see this place turning around.
Why do yall have a phone number if you never answer the phone? Pretty frustrating. Yall aren't even busy dude..yall are lake dallas, not denton, Lewisville or dallas. There shouldnt be any reason for yall to not answer the phones during business hours. The L.D. police officers are already a joke and now yall in the front office are the cherry on top of it all.
