I went here for 2 sessions at the beginning of this year with an injured tendon in my ankle. At the time I was capable of running. I received shock wave therapy both times and was given exercises to do. The exercises and perhaps the shock wave therapy made it dramatically worse and my ankle kept deteriorating to the point I couldn't walk without pain, let alone run.
