The new owner of this tax practice is amazing! The company is great to work with. They look our for your best interest and always go above and beyond.
This business need to be closed and the owner needs to be incarcerated for the rest of his life. Do not trust them with your personal information or to take responsibility for errors that they make. The owner is untrustworthy and truly an individual who is just out to make money at the consumers expense. The best thing that any consumer can do for themselves is to avoid this business at all times. You will be sorry if you engage him on any level.
This guy hired a crack head drunk with tax experience to do tax's. That no longer works for him for obvious reasons. Now that we had to have him right a letter to fix in correct filing.. This owner is nasty and in helpfull and needs to be put out of business.
We've been doing out taxes for the past 3 years with Lake County Tax Advisory Group and when I called to setup an appointment they are only now open M-F until 4pm and closed on the weekends. We will not getting out taxes done with them. That is not convenient to the customer what so ever.
