I have been waiting on a trash can replacement now for over 2 months. Every time I call I’m lied to saying don’t worry we will be out next week and next week comes and nothing happens.. I even offered to go pick one up and they refused!
These people are liars. They have been promising to replace my trash can for over 2 weeks, and they NEVER came. When I call they give me all kinds of excuses and keep rescheduling me. Pathetic!!!
The Gainesville customer service department associate I spoke to was rude and unwilling to even listen to the issue much less look for a solution
Impossible to get a trash can replaced. Told to leave the damaged can at the curb and their subcontractor will pick it up and deliver a good one. Its bee. Over a week. The ladies at Lake County Waste try to he helpful, but, the subcontractor ignores their multiple workordets. Calls and emails.
