On Feb 19 at about 2:15 pm, your bus # 2008 drove thru a stop sign within Heritage Hills and then ran a red light turning right at Heritage Hills and Hancock. Made no attempt to slow or stop. Car heading north on Hancock had to slam on their brakes and swerve to avoid a collision. Nearly caused an accident. Terrible and dangerous driving skills. Do you drug test your drivers ?

I respect bus drivers and the stress that comes with the job, but the office staff has no idea what they’re doing. They never update the parents when the bus is late or coming earlier than normal. When you call they never know what’s going on. There is always confusion, not just in the first week or two at school. They definitely need new leadership, they are a mess.

By far the rudest people in the school system. God forbid you call to ask a question They don't let you finish speaking and transfer you to God knows where. Usually to an answering machine. Don't bother leaving a message, you'll never get a call back. All I was trying to ask, is how to track my son's bus.? It's always 40 to 60 minutes late and sometimes later. Which by the way, sucks for after school sports practices... You can never make plans.
