Very bad service. I booked an appointment for a HydraFacial and later requested to reschedule it. Unfortunately, no one checked my request or confirmed the new appointment with me. When I followed up, I was told that I would not receive a refund, even though the rescheduling was never confirmed. I found the communication very poor and the customer service disappointing. I had the dermaplaning facial and absolutely loved the results! My skin felt instantly smoother, brighter, and so refreshed. The treatment was gentle, relaxing, and done very professionally. My makeup applied flawlessly afterward, and my skin had such a healthy glow. The staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend the dermaplaning facial at Lake Country Spa for anyone lookin to improve skin texture and radiance!

Very welcoming establishment. I just wish they knew how to treat people with curls.( for example : blow drying curly hair, most curly haired people use a diffuser. ) the clients should know better to do this before hand but O well :/ it’s what it’s. Over all first experience went good.. I guess instructions could be useful.

A delightful experience. My sister and I decided to treat ourselves with a head spa package at lake land Spa. All the service that we received was outstanding! We were greeted warmly and got exactly what we paid for. The head spa treatment was perfect. Hour n half of pure relaxation. The spa and facilities were lovely as well. Highly recommended.
