My experience with Lake Country Physio was incredible. The staff are amazing, from the front desk to the therapists themselves, I never felt out of place or unwelcome during the twice a week for 8 weeks I was going. I couldn't recommend Ayva more, she is incredibly professional and always makes you feel welcome. I'm glad that she helped my injury but also disappointed that she did such a good job, now I don't have a good excuse to go back.
Didn’t solve my issue and to TOP it off when I went back they had discussed my personal CONFIDENTIAL issues with other members working there ‼️‼️ So take NOTE … your file that’s on the computer IS NOT PRIVATE PLUS, they gab amongst one another about patients 🤬 SO UNPROFESSIONAL I’ve never gone back ~ there are other places and women you can go to that can KEEP THEIR MOUTH SHUT 🤐
Very welcoming place. My physiotherapist, Ayva, communicates very well, is very respectful of physical limitations while encouraging optimum range of motion as needed. I've seen her 4 times now and am very pleased with the results and her positive feedback.
Excellent care by Chadd at Lake Country! I feared that I might never again be free of back pain but, with his help and direction, I regained mobility. As a result, I was able to subsequently eliminate all pain medication. Thanks!
