WOW what a positive experience! From arrival the staff was super friendly. They ensured the gravel bike I rented was a good fit. They even gave my friend an ebike to use as the gravel bike was not a good fit. We were given a great route with a map even given a number to text if we had any issues! All staff were interested in our vacation and suggested a great Brewery after a long bikeride. Amazing service.

Shopping to purchase a new ebike, I received nothing but a warm welcome and great service at Lake Country Cycle!! The shop was very busy with many ins and outs from the service counter, yet Caleb and Jade spent tons of time with me, imparted great information and gave me the opportunity to test-ride several bikes. They are nice and kind and they are patient and they have good customer service I just picked up a bike from them today and the owner says Chris thank you for your patience and they are very knowledgable the bike I picked up today is giant stands E +2 and I’m very happy with the bike I bought from them and I will keep going to them for anything

I got a flat on the Okanagan Rail Trail and they were so, so nice in the store - they fixed my flat tire immediately, and also did a little more work to address the root cause of getting the flat tire by replacing the rim strip too. The cost was very affordable - totally 5 stars and look forward to joining in a group ride with the store sometime soon!
