Excellent little bike shop offering rentals to go around Wood Lake. We had enough time on our 3 hour rental to make it to Kalamaka Lake as well which was exceptional. Highly recommend their services if you’re looking for a fun morning, afternoon or full day out!
OVER THE MOOD IMPRESSED with the service at Lake Country Cycle! Not only did they not try to upsell on things I didn’t need (but thought I did) they - took time to talk with me and explain all the components I was struggling with - explained how to keep my bike clean and maintained - how to adjust different elements - did an in person sizing /fit - explained why everything was set as it was - the price was absolutely reasonable - AND they picked up and dropped my bike off! 🤯 I’m thrilled! We rented a peddle bicycle for our grandson. The staff were so kind and funny. We had a great time and lost track of time and arrived 20 minutes late. They were so kind and didn't charge us extra! We will spread the word and come here again! Bike worked perfectly including a tire repair kit if needed.
WOW what a positive experience! From arrival the staff was super friendly. They ensured the gravel bike I rented was a good fit. They even gave my friend an ebike to use as the gravel bike was not a good fit. We were given a great route with a map even given a number to text if we had any issues! All staff were interested in our vacation and suggested a great Brewery after a long bikeride. Amazing service.
