So my wife stopped in a couple years ago with a connection issue with her e-bike. Caleb gave her a tool no charge that she still uses. We stopped by again and they are having a really good sale so my wife stayed the entire afternoon test riding bikes and getting advice. When I returned to pick her up Caleb had hand picked a bike that he thought I would enjoy for a test ride- did I ever! Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming team at Lake Country Cycle. Recently helped me out with a repair near shop closing hours that helped me make it home without walking. Lucky to have this locally owned bicycle shop in this neighborhood.
Wonderful quick service. My flat tire was repaired very quickly although the store was short staffed!
