I am beyond disappointed since this bank was sold to Midcountry. The service charges are ridiculous and on top of those my debit card was not functioning for 2 months. I was told they would send a new card and I waited the two weeks and it never came so then I called again and they kept asking me to use the card I have, which I did. Very embarrassing when I would go from store to store trying to use it, and it still would not work. I then had to wait again for the card to come which it finally did.
