Aly Larson has been helping me postpartum and is simply lovely! She was accommodating to my 10 month old attending visits and has helped me with a realistic home exercise program for being a busy mom. The front desk staff at the South Hill location is friendly. The patient area is clean, calming, and up-to-date.
The location is nearby, the furnishings are cozy, not austere, the therapist is friendly, efficient and professional.
I have enjoyed every visit. Avery has been the best physical therapist anybody could ask for.
the absolute worst scheduling system. they never had any openings to get me on the schedule even though I was referred to them urgently by my doctor for pregnancy reasons. I waited an entire month for any cancellations. supposedly I was on the “list” I did not get one phone call or text message with any openings. after waiting a month I had two more appointments before my due date. I was called an hour before my appointment to cancel because my physical therapist was “sick” again. (which was a common theme for cancellations)... read more
Listened to me, answered questions, gave clear instructions with documentation, explained things very clearly, very knowledgeable. A wonderful experience with significant improvements in health issue.
