Update- Called as requested by the bank's followup to my review - no return call. In my opinion this bank has several key issues , lack of proper and consistent training, a confusion over the minimum $1500 checking balance whether its a average rolling balance or anytime the account drops below $1500. I received a $7 charge on my checking account when a check cleared, i don’t keep much more than a couple thousand in this account as it pays no interest.. Great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We need a floor sander to cure some ridges in the subfloor. Machine worked perfectly!
