Nappanee location exceeded my expectations. First visit and it was fast and efficient. Kari was willing to schedule an appointment on a busy Saturday. She went above and beyond during my appointment and her customer service was top notch… explained everything in detail and answered every question!! 10/10 recommend stopping at this location!

The Nappanee location has some of the best customer service I’ve interacted with. You can do everything you need to do without going into the building (drive thru or atm), but I recommend walking in and seeing these wonderful people. My daughter always asks to go to the bank with me. I truly enjoy banking with them.
