Everything takes twice as long to deposit and twice as long with the pending transactions. My other bank does not have this problem. Not a fan of the customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was a victim of a scam caller that used the One Call Center number to call me.. They ended up taking every penny I had from all three accounts. I was a crying mess, but Lake City's STELLAR call center and Auburn branch ladies took the most amazing care of me. The Customer Protection Services team had my issues resolved and money back in my accounts within 24 hours. Customer Service is everything!
