Absolutely worthless customer service. I took a lake city bank check that was issued to me to cash it. Obviously, since it came from their bank, they can verify funds and cash the check. They said they wouldn't cash it because they couldn't get a hold of a MAJOR CAR DEALERSHIP at lunchtime to see if someone actually wrote the check. I've worked at banks and this is total horse crap. My all time favorite tellers work at the Shipshewana Lake City Bank. We have had accounts here since the 1990s and always love the service they provide.
These folks are the best. They are always there to help with questions and make sure my banking needs are met. The staff is friendly and whether I stop by the lobby, the drive thru window or call in they are always there to lend a hand.
I love my local Lake City Branch. They are always smiling with their fast and efficient service. I've taken out a couple of car loans out and each time it was super easy with great service. Thank you LCB!
