Such friendly staff
Absolutely worthless customer service. I took a lake city bank check that was issued to me to cash it. Obviously, since it came from their bank, they can verify funds and cash the check. They said they wouldn't cash it because they couldn't get a hold of a MAJOR CAR DEALERSHIP at lunchtime to see if someone actually wrote the check. I've worked at banks and this is total horse crap. if you’re going to bank with Lake City, this is the branch to use! always personal, always helpful, and although i do have a favorite every one of the staff members are great
