Went in to withdraw what are you guys doing? money, the women that was doing my transaction started questioning me about where my money came from, i was confused as to why she was asking me that, so i looked at her with a confused face then she proceeded to ask if the other person in the account had transferred the money which at this point i was getting frustrated! I would do anything here but deposit in cash. I’ve been with Lake City Bank for 11 years and I never had a problem at other locations until I stopped here to deposit cash. They do not deposit the right amounts.
they have one decent clerk, but it’s still not worth banking here. it wont be hard to find somewhere better than this. also worth noting i closed my account here because the manager at this location tried to charge me false fees on my account.
No one knows how to answer questions or has authority to approve except manager who isn’t in for entire week. Told me to call customer service number so I did. They couldn’t approve a high transaction without bank manager approving which was gone for the week. Horrible experience. Horrible procedures. Horrible customer service at this branch
Excellent customer service. They have treated me very well. Better than Interra Credit Union.
