My appt was cancelled by lake chelan massage & spa due to an emergency. They reached out almost immediately and we got the appt rescheduled for the same week. My massage appt was great. Alexa was prompt and professional. She was patient and listened to all of the hot mess that is me...and did a wonderful 60min massage. Perfect amount of peaceful & pressure. Job well done...and she was able to schedule my next appt in the week that I needed.
My wife and I got couples massages here. It was very relaxing! We loved it.
