I had such a lovely relaxing experience today getting a massage and a facial. I am looking forward to going back soon.

She was very kind and sympathetic to my plight and has gone above and beyond to make the situation right. I feel compelled to leave a review so that others don't have my same experience. On the good side facilities felt clean and professional. The reason for only two stars is that I booked a massage for an hour which is advertised on the site and booking page as $105 also confirrmed by text. I filled out the obligatory form where I requested firm or strong pressure and detailed my problem areas. Every service I've received have all been 5 star. Cynthia is absolutely amazing. Her massages leave me drooling in a puddle of relaxation.
Vanessa did a lovely job. She was thorough and very professional. My skin feels smooth and healthy.
