We have banked at lake area bank for about 18 years. Since the new bank took over the Forest Lake branch the employees have been so rude and the unfriendliest people I have ever met. Nobody smiles down there. They don't greet you they're just flat out rude. Lindstrom employees are just the opposite. Always happy and smiling. We will be leaving the bank to find a bank that treats guests with respect.

I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone that can help me with payments made to my LOC, the mobile app leaves little to be desired. Not sure I’d ever use them again
