I drove over a hour to try this place out and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Great experience! Clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Kathleen was amazing and super knowledgeable on the body and skin. Highly recommend!! I will be back!
Lake Anna Spa has wonderful customer service as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The pedicure I received was excellent. Kathleen is very knowledgeable, gentle, thorough and friendly. My experience was 5 star.
I had my first facial with Kathleen. She was incredibly knowledgeable and did an amazing job. My face feels so refreshed and clean! Thank you! I’ll definitely be rebooking at a later date.
