Made a mistake on my taxes and wants to charge me 150 a hr to fix and they definitely don’t hold your hand threw the experience being a 28 year old filling business tax’s for the first time accountants shut there phones off unless it’s “tax season” wouldn’t recommend going here as a first time filer
I have had a very positive experience with this business. I had a little mess up that could have ended up costing me BIG, I came in and met with Nate, and in a few days, he had everything worked out! Each year since has been the same knowledgeable and friendly service I have grown to trust. I highly recommend and would give 6 stars if possible.
Very rude and short tempered .
Apparently I didnt pay Enough. My return was for $300... Laird's charged me $179... no discounts, Craig made no other suggestions... blamed the fees on the tax forms... then he turns around and tells me that his bank will get me my refund but it's going to cost me another $40 to process... I just had simple taxes to file nothing major... so I'm looking forward to my $60 refund thanks Craig for nothing I won't be using y'all next year ...it's a week later also I still haven't seen my refund
We like Craig he is very on point and explains everything we need to know. Very nice and laid back guy.
