Highly recommend Octavia he is so helpful. I run and do gym and always have muscle tension. I have gone to him a few times now and instant relief. Plus he always gives me exercises and tips to strengthen to prevent pain.

Amazing Physiotherapist. I have spinal issues & full body Osteoporosis. He keeps me on my feet with minimal pain. I highly recommend him.
Highly recommend. I have hurt myself now a few times at the gym. Everytime i go back instant relief and great advice on stretches to prevent it from happening again.
Very helpful, knew his stuff, and was willing to help me use a device I already had.
