Great experience, helpful & friendly staff.
I switched from my KMX to TerraTrike and glad I did. Had the KMX for over ten yrs. but wanted to scale down from the " Tank ". Ordered the Maverick model for the seat height. Had to use a pedal to " extract " myself from the low riding KMX. I can just stand up now. The weight is much less ( Not cheaply made ). I was able to lift it out of the box ( not possible with KMX ). Laid Back Cycles was superior in sales, shipping and support from the three other dealers I've used. Great bunch of guys there. There are so many good quality recumbent trikes. I bought mine a (Terrateike) here about 4 yrs.ago and I am so happy with it. I think i have about 17,000 miles on it. They also have serviced it many times and are very accommodating and always fix it well. Plus they have a lot of items in their shop to buy.
Laid Back Cycles has a great showroom where customers can try various trikes. The quality of their products are top notch and the prices are fair. The staff knowledgable and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the Greenspeed Magnum that I bought at Laid Back Cycles in Sacramento.
The store is clean and has plenty of space with ample space. Micky is delightful to work with.
