I've been a member for a year and highly recommend! Having the gym, classes and the pool and spa area all in one membership is great. The facilities are really good and never too busy. I wasn't much of a gym-goer before joining, but the space and staff are welcoming, and having PT sessions with Ethan was an absolute game-changer. A great option for locals, and visitors!
Absolutely lovely experience going to have a full body massage from Naomi last week (I hope I've got the name right!) - I felt absolutely transformed and destressed, thank you!! Experience from reception was lovely too. I will be back
Showers haven’t been cleaned for months. Neither has the steam room. There has been A nicotine pouch (the same one) and A piece of Chewing gum, In the corner of the steam room for at least 2 months I’ve reported that the steam room and the showers aren’t being cleaned but nothing gets done about this. The Gym classes are great, In particular yoga and Pilates. But the Cleanliness of the gym in general Is very questionable. Fix the air-conditioning, who operates a gym in a heatwave with broken air-conditioning!?
A fantastic hotel gym that is quiet at the ideal training times. Although all the staff my girlfriend and I have encountered so far have been great, Ethan has been particularly brilliant in making sure our joining process went smoothly and has been very helpful in answering our queries. Well done all!
