Showers haven’t been cleaned for months. Neither has the steam room. There has been A nicotine pouch (the same one) and A piece of Chewing gum, In the corner of the steam room for at least 2 months I’ve reported that the steam room and the showers aren’t being cleaned but nothing gets done about this. The Gym classes are great, In particular yoga and Pilates. But the Cleanliness of the gym in general Is very questionable. A fantastic hotel gym that is quiet at the ideal training times. Although all the staff my girlfriend and I have encountered so far have been great, Ethan has been particularly brilliant in making sure our joining process went smoothly and has been very helpful in answering our queries. Well done all!
Became a member for the pool, stayed for my personal trainer and all the great people at the gym. Thanks Ethan for making every session feel like a breeze!
