Wow! I’ve tried a couple different beauty bars in the Laguna Beach area and this one by far exceeded my expectations. It’s not the fanciest office in the world. But where they lack in interior design, they make up completely in incredible services. I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to go back and see Elvira.
