It’s probably as old as the original LaGuardia Airport but hasn’t been updated like the new LaGuardia Airport. On the morning I was there, the sole counter person was in a full coat because there was no heat. At other car rental places in other airports you see plenty of employees but here it’s like they’re hiding somewhere. At LaGuardia, the other rental car companies probably have the same dated facilities.
Horrible experience renting with them mainly due to the customer service. Waited in line when there was 2 workers not helping anyone telling me to hold. As I approached for my turn the worker said that they needed to take a bathroom break and left the desk. They also screwed up my booking as I had a different drop off location than what they printed and did not find out until 4 hours into my drive.
