My 95 year old dad became an assisted living resident around the last week of August. It is September 19th and he still does not have a refrigerator for his room. Some staff tell us a refrigerator can be removed from an empty room and put in my dad's room. Also, my dad's cable still has not been turned on in his room. Leadership sucks! The maintenance guy sucks! And yucky food!

Although the facility is very nice and appealing, the overall care provided by the staff, in memory care, is not good. There is little communication between leadership and shift workers in regards to areas of concern for patients. There is also not good communications between the staff and families.
I am a little biased but this community is absolutely beautiful and I am super proud to be the Executive Director here at LaGrange Heritage Senior Living.
