10/10 service all around. Very knowledgeable staff, especially Kathie! When I first called regarding my pool, I was asked to email some pictures. This pool hadn't been opened in 3 years and Kathie gave me the directions on what to use and how to clean it. Within 3-4 days the water went from dark green/black to crystal clear!
