Braedon from Lagoon Pools helped with our pool emergency and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience . The pool cover had given way due to the excessive moisture from last month’s snow storm - the cover was almost completely submerged and the liner was coming away from the wall of the pool as well… I was panicked! Quick rescue by Braedon - water drained from surface and miraculously, the liner was put back in place and the cover adjusted. There was something stuck in my pipe line that needed to be flushed out I called them to help they had me buy a different part and said I needed it they did not help me at all just kept trying to get me to replace other parts I had a different pool company come they flushed the lines and there was an acorn with in it no need for all those part they had made me order when I went to bring my complain to there attention they had no cares no refund or anything for parts I did not need and for the service they did not provide me.... read more
Truly disappointed with this service. The worst pool store in hamilton, Ancaster and surrounding areas. Go anywhere else!! 0 stars!! Avoid!! Avoid!!
