I had the most amazing experience at Lagoon Day Spa. I was lucky enough to get a last-minute appointment with Naomi, and from the moment I walked in I felt completely welcomed. The atmosphere was beautiful , perfect music, the gentle sound of water in the background, and the most calming aromas. The entire massage and spa treatment was pure heaven. The setting of the Lagoon Day Spa was absolutely beautiful and created high expectations for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the execution didn’t match the environment. What was meant to be a special and calming time for my daughter and me turned out to be quite the opposite. I was genuinely relieved when the treatment was over so we could leave. We had an excellent time at Casino Mindil Beach Resort Lagoon Day Spa. We had a Body Glow treatment and it was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Katrina was especially kind and helpful. We got to watch the sunset with a cocktail and Katrina offered to take a photo of us. Thanks so much. We thoroughly recommend going here 👍🏽
