Collen is very helpful with his patients in getting them back to where they were

Went to this place for physical therapy and I could not do the physical therapy because it caused me great pain. (After trying for a couple weeks) John the physical therapist there wrote my discharge note and read me the first couple sentences which said my condition is poor and they were gonna discharge me because of that.
