Got a service truck body moved from Cranbrook to the island. It was MUCH heavier than I estimated. They did an awesome job of keeping me informed of what was going on. They had to charge extra for a temporary gvw increase permit and extra fuel etc to haul over twice as much weight as the original quote, which is all to be expected. They communicated those extra fees and broke them down on the invoice appropriately.
